ok, but how intel would manage to attract more buyers by lowering the price if pII m-board is more expensive than s7 m-board and k6s asp is below $100 now, I think. Is intel ready to give Celeron for free?
And even that may not make it less than amd systems.

The article says that Celeron is being introduced at a price point below where the analysts expected.

Since Intel is positioning this product at the low end, I am surprised that the analysts expected a price point
over $180.
Hey do you think that the analyst came up with the 180 price out of the moon, you know that they have managment telling them of the record the price it will start selling the chips
So if its below analyst price its below managment first price and thats not a good sign do have to cut the price so deep from the start
