RE their picks: I think most of them suck- they're ok if you're a momentum trader. For real business value I sold AMTD after a runup and bought SWS as much better value (mydiscountbroker)- egrp is really overpriced too. Stick with the companies doing encryption and e-commerce. The semis were up 3% today even though they have a bleak future. My collection of brokerage stocks are up 18% in the same time. For my money, I'd rather buy a brokerage stock than an internet stock knowing how well they track each other. If you must buy, buy an internet brokerage because they stand a good chance of being bought by a big bank.
