You say you are from Ohio, but I think English is not your first language. I wonder what is? Here's a tip that might help (tho it seems you know a lot about American business)...if you are worried about income tax, make yourself into a Nevada Corporation. There is no corporate tax and no personal income tax, so I hear. Such is the power of the gaming industry.
