I think it's the new distribution agreement that's causing it. Not much to say -- since recently every time it bounces up it falls back down and vice versa. Nothing much has changed and market psychiology is still lukewarm, given the current neutral rating that came out today (BTW I agree with the comment that they need to leave room for earnings revisions later)
