Michel, I'm very skeptical of stock movements on nothing more than analyst recommendation. You may get the mother of all buy signals on the 14th, though. I think the upgrades have built in a bit of earnings expectation surprise, so if RMBS comes in at their number you could see some price erosion. If they beat the estimate, it may be viewed as a confirmation of the recent upgrades and could send it soaring again. I usually like to wait for a stock to "settle" a bit after news before trying to make a technical assessment. Have any new wine recommendations? bp
