Mel, a broker told me today that there is a rumor that the company is working on a plan to go private before the trial. Could you ask the CEO that question and if it is true do they not have to let shareholders know that they are buying back shares or is that an advantage to being a nonreporting company? Any information you can get for us will be appreciated. I own this stuff at anywhere from .50 to 11.00 so I have been here on both ends the highs and the lows and would not be interested in selling my shares before a ruling is made.
