Let's not give ourselves too much credit. It will be interesting to see just what the market thinks of this development.

Company should be releasing a bio on the new guy shortly. In the mean time, nothing has changed with the company itself. Financials still expected shortly, Magra going strong, acquisitions in the works. MH Meyerson still investment bankers holding warrants which are beneficial only if the stock moves up. Everything hinges on financial reporting. If you believe that they will come out by May 15 deadline and it shows positive earnings and a book value not based on a load of intangibles, this stock is going to rock (Magra does release their earnings on a timely basis on sedar.com ). If the company drags out announcements and financials, the stock will continue to flounder. Place your bets. Gator
