Two trades account for most of the volume:

1 - 11:43 T 16 7/8 560,000
1 - 11:43 T 17 560,000
Somebody sold 560,000 shares today. Gee, I wonder who has that many shares to sell (about 5%), and might be willing to sell? ;-)

Based on 13-D filings, there seem to be only 3 choices as to who sold the block of 560,000 shares today:

Mr. Koo or

Mr. Murakami or

Fidelity Investments (primarily the Fidelity Low-Priced Stock Fund).

Whoever sold will have to file a new 13-D, so we'll know sooner or later. The buyer will have to file too, unless it was sold to a broker who will be reselling in smaller pieces.

Is it possible Mr. Koo could be selling personal shares to the company? Just a thought...
