Thats easy handshake. Np already owns 30% of MDIN. Get the thread shareholders together, pool money and make PP with NP on condition that MDIN stock is bought with it. Call a shareholders NP shareholders meeting and make Np see the light. Np only needs 6 mil. more to be majority shareholder if Im not mistaken. I know it doesnt work that way but maybe its good for April 1st. Wouldn't it be fun if NP bought up another 10 million shares??? Happy hunting.

Thanks for the well wishes. Another way to skin these cats would be to change the company name. All MDIN shares would have to be produced in cert form for exchange of the new company's certs. MM would be forced to produce certs for shares that currently dont have certs to back them up, ie they would have to cover their naked shorts. Sound good?? Knowing how smart MDIN management is, Im sure they have already thought of this, they are just so endeared to the name Medinah Energy that they dont want to change the name, even if it meant getting rid of the shorts. GG
