No, but I'm 100% sure that CNBC/MSNBC is reporting that right now. Everyone's surprised that every single count in the complaint got dismissed (by everyone, I mean the legal talking heads).

I'm sorry, folks, I can't scream at Chris Matthews on CNBC so I'll say it here:

Matthews questions whether Bob Bennett (Clinton's lawyer) is a good attorney, because if he'd advised Clinton to settle the Jones matter, the Lewinsky/Willey news wouldn't have broken. Thus, he concludes, Bennett is a battle winner but war loser.

But the behavior of Starr and Clinton's opponents since the Lewinsky matter started has proven them to be such god-awful idiots that they may never regain enough credibility to challenge Clinton! Bennett may be an unwitting beneficiary of that development, but the fact remains that Clinton is stronger today than he was at the end of 1997.
