SEEC's software solutions are not just for Year 2000 work. Never were. But y2k is the kick start for pre and post Year 2000 business such as legacy maintenance and redevelopment. Incorporating y2k into the maintenance and redevelopment product line sounds like an outstanding new approach for SEEC. (See News Release below.) Congrats to Ravi and his team.

SEEC, Inc. Incorporates Year 2000 Into DOS/VSE Maintenance And Redevelopment Product Line

Unique DOS/VSE Support Makes SEEC Tools a Logical Choice for Many Corporations' On-Going Legacy Maintenance, Redevelopment and Now Year 2000

PITTSBURGH, April 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Today SEEC, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEEC) announced that year 2000 capabilities have been added to SEEC's singular DOS/VSE maintenance and redevelopment line to help corporations perform comprehensive, year 2000 correction, in addition to their on-going legacy maintenance efforts. The enhanced DOS/VSE technology has been incorporated into SEEC's powerful Smart Change Factory(R) solution and has already been selected by
companies such as Olan Mills -- the world's leading producer of portraits, with a staff of more than 16,000 employees throughout 950 studios in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Unique DOS/VSE support is just a part of SEEC's enterprise solutions. SEEC's easy-to-use, PC-based tools and processes support MVS, Unisys, DEC/VAX and HP platforms; databases such as IDMS, DMS, ADABAS, VSAM, IMS and CICS; COBOL and many non-COBOL languages. Additionally, SEEC's solutions now include the comprehensive, integrated testing solution, AccuTest(TM), which combines the wide coverage and accuracy of SEEC's powerful test coverage and path
analysis tools with the strengths of third-party test management and capture/playback tools to create a single, seamless testing solution for mainframe COBOL systems. And, as with the rest of SEEC's flexible maintenance and redevelopment tools, AccuTest allows IT organizations to set up a testing infrastructure that will serve their needs well into the next century.

Staff at Olan Mills found SEEC's versatility integral to their needs. Larry Neiswender, Year 2000 Project Manager in Applications Development at Olan Mills, stated that though DOS/VSE support was a factor in choosing SEEC's solution, "Olan selected SEEC for our in-house year 2000 project because of its ability to handle both COBOL and Natural software, on all platforms, and because of software features such as the C.R.U.D. matrix and flow chart
documentation that were not available from other vendors. These are things we can use now and will use in the future."

Hi Nanda,
See your very positive about SEEC. I am in the process of doing some DD on this stock and noticed the volume tends to be low. But today the price is up on that low volume. I was wondering what the float was and your take on the stock overall.

Thanks,
Mark
