Harold S. Stock is the head of MC Technologies, Inc. (one of the Henley subsidiaries). As frustating as this stock has been, I think we need to perform some due diligence before we start labeling a person as a criminal.

So far, nothing has changed with the company (outside of the CEO stepping down due to illness, which I understand that he did have some operations of some time not far back -- but that's his business, not ours). My standard rule of thumb is that if nothing has changed fundamentally with the business, then hold on. I know that the fundamentals are still somewhat of a mystery here, but nothing has come out to refute what positives we have been provided by the company. Magra continues to look strong (closed at $1.05, 64K traded). If discrepancies or funny accounting or failure to report financials does occur, I'll be the first one out the door. Otherwise, I'm holding.
