T.D. Cost Per Mask...Somebody help me...We posted that back about 100 or 200 posts... Sorry, TD, couln't find it. The question about how long a mask lasts turns out to be a very difficult question.. Depending upon how well the mask is cleaned of photoresist material (see GSNX), etc. Also, see the folowing (Katherine is editor of semiconductoronline)..http://www.exchange2000.com/~wsapi/investor/reply-3792356 If I come across that cost per mask, will repost.. it was like $4,000 now, jumping to something like $16k at .25u, and $40k at .18u... Anyone with accurate info, please repost..thanks... TSO
