Charles, we have been pissing and moaning that the company wasn't saying anything. Now we have the straight scoop and don't need speculation and letter writer hype to coddle us. The good news is that there is a reasonable explanation for everything that occurred and that the company is in compliance with its filings. The issue for the stock listing was clear, IPM isn't falling off the face of the earth. The company certainly toned down the rampant enthusiasm of last year, but there is a very conservative plan to advance the property. While others may fall asleep in expectation, good news from Maxam will build a fire under IPM for speculation appreciation again. Even without Maxam there should be a solid stock appreciation based on fact, not guesswork, something very hard for shorts to work. Under the circumstances, the 10k couldn't be better IMO.
