Karl, On the Database subject....Outside of the Y2K compliancy issues, are you aware of any other pertinent data stored on the Database that could be of value? Either to TAVA as an overall systems integrator or to an outside company? DataMining /Data Warehousing are hot issues these days, especially in Marketing /Retail / Decision Support. These all revolve around databases and the net effect is - "who ever has the most data wins". I wonder if this paradigm applies to TAVA? Mark in MD
