Were shareholders ever informed that CVNY's chief accounting officer left the company on February 21, 1998? No. That fact is material information! I would have sold my shares immediately upon learning of the departure. Pathetic, pathetic, pathetic.

Well, well... Did you notice how the date when the
accountant left the company (Feb. 21) coincides
with the CVUS insider sales? I am wondering how many
other bad surprises Shant has been hiding from us.
