State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the
Form 10-K, 11-K, 10-Q or N-SAR or portion thereof, could not be
filed within the prescribed time period.
The Registrant is still immersed in accounting procedures due
to recent acquisitions which have resulted in unavoidable delays.

Am I reading this right? What acquisitions did they do to cause the delays? They couldn't claim the one with Caye, because that was not in '97.
