I just signed up for the 30 days free trial. I own Formula Systems(FORTY) at 26 1/8, 28, 32 7/8. I love this stock and I still believe that it's undervalued. Oppenheimers price target is $48 and I believe that they will have to raise it shortly. I have been E-Mailing Big firm analyst and asking them if they follow Forty and if not why? Most times I just get E-mailed back with a responce saying they dont follow it. I tell them the earnings forcast and a little of information about the stock. One day on March 23,1998 I came across the web site of Robertson & Stephens (www.rsco.com) and saw that they have a new analyst by the name of Victor Halbert. I see that he focused on Israeli Technology Companies. I E-Mailed him on monday with a lot of information on Forty. 2 Days later I was shocked that he came out with a Buy rating on it. Although I never got a responce back from him I was happy to see his move on it. I E-Mail CNBC to see if their analyst on Friday would talk about the stock a little. They have this new 2 hour Buy, Sell, or Hold on Fridays and knowing most people who invest in the market watch the show, thought it wouldnt hurt to try to get it noticed on TV. Hopefully they talk about it, but if not it was worth a try. Although Forty has had a huge run up in the last month I still believe fair value is around $70 which is 20 times this years earnings. This quarter they should beat earnings forcast because of the spinoff of Forsoft(FORSF). When they do beat earnings, Forty will jump a great bit. There arent many companies that are beating forcast, but the ones that do will be appreciated greatly for it. I'm a long term bull on Forty.
