I'll be buying more into the Slick Willy Rally I covered my LCOS after Bear Stearns put a $60 target on it, and bought back my WAVO in the high $9's. I covered my TDFX today, and will probably be a buyer of either WAVO or HAUP over the next few days. So, the net result of all this temporary activity is that I lost about 1/2 point of what I might have gained had I just left my original WAVO position alone. Hey, I really thought I was on to something a few weeks ago, and WAVO was sleeping. Had I known about those $7 warrents, I probably would have done nothing since that issue explained to me why we were going nowhere fast with so much volume the past few weeks. Hopefully the warrent related selling is over, and we can enjoy a real rise in this stock. I'll be a firm believer when I see us close above $12 on an Average Volume day. That would indicate to me that the typical profit takers that often erode our gains with WAVO, have mostly dried up, and between new buying and some short covering we'll keep going up into the mid'teens where we should have been Months ago. If by the end of next week we're back down Again into the $10 area, then it's pretty clear to me that we won't see much in the way of a higher stock price base forming until July, when Window'98 actually launches. You see, we've had trade shows and market anaylst conventions before, and WAVO showed off and the stock went nowhere. But if the Warrent Selling was offsetting the new buyers we must have attracted by now in this stock, then it should start running soon from here. If the Warrent Selling had little baring on the recent activity with the stock, then we'll probably stay in a similar pattern till something Very Broad and New is added to the mix, that being Windows'98 late June product launch. I still have many misgivings on this stock, but people will continue to be attracted to this investment as long as it's a good story with Mr.Bill telling the tale. Please forgive my ramblings...
