Proudly report under the Prague Uniform Gift to Friends Act, you can transfer unlimited shares to my account and all taxes due transfer to the beneficiary (unless the shares are transferred intact to Geneva by the beneficiary, in which case the gift is declared "in transit" and any taxes due revert to you, but you know I wouldn't transfer them to Geneva. Can't stand mountains.).
