Tell me. How do you calculate whether or not volume confirms the
high. Since you say volume was 4,000 shares short, it sounds like
there's a pretty precise formula.

I think the volume does indicate resistance. Once the rumour was
over and the news came out, the price began to drop. I expect a
lot of people who jumped in for a ride saw the NR and sold on news.
