I was going to make another prediction but my last one sorta wilted on
the vine....

My view of what is happening is that after the big meet in
Vienna, some back channel input gives credence to OPEC
new found integrity,reflected in futures. Spot market is still soft. So, as Noesis predicted, it will take some time to sort out the inventory glut.
Thus, the delink from spot oil price. (finally?)
