Csco has been lagging, relatively, compared to other tech mega cap untouchables. Not that much Asia, and a top end growth rate for a mega cap.

I think a ten point move over the space of two-four weeks could begin any time. Next stair up is due.

It will be interesting to see why their relative performance
is so much better than CSCO lately. Are they that much better
positioned technically/financially to compete in an
increasingly consolidated market?
