You said they MUST notify public upon negative news. Fine, but what is the definition of negative news?

During the CC, Lev talked about how the laminate is a big tub of goo. They did not commit to production at any particular time. So, it could very well be the case that they have made no further progress in solving the goo problem (which Lev, of course said they were "cautiously" optimistic they could solve). If so, they could be no closer to volume production than they were on Feb. 17, (or Feb 17, 1997 for that matter). But MUST they notify the public of such a circumstance? I don't think so. Did they notify the public that they weren't going to earn $500 million in 1997? Did they notify the public they weren't going to commence volume production in the first quarter 98?

IMO, no news is bad news with a company such as VLNC.

Still out. Still don't see a hurry to get back in.
