TraderGreg, That's a definite possibility. That would explain a large part of the steep decline this stock had back in Nov-Dec. If there's a 13 million share short in this stock, we could see quite a scramble to cover. That's a lot of shares to be short. It would certainly be GREAT for the stock price! It would also explain some of the excessive bashing we've heard here on this thread. It could be from people very much involved in the short. If they wanted to cover as low as possible, they would try to beat the tar out the stock any way they could. Hmmmmmmmm !! Could be very interesting. Best wishes, Brad

TG, You may have REALLY "hit the nail on the head!" The press release says, "...we have notified our transfer agent of our concerns and requested no transfers of the stock in question. We are prepared to cancel shares and terminate acquisitions if this is necessary to protect our shareholders." That ought to get somebody's attention! Could be in for some fun fireworks if the Canadians have to cover. Or at the very least, it should make them provide the documentation as originally agreed. Either way, I think Borglund is doing the right thing. By the way, I am pretty sure the 13 million shares have been previously included in the 57 million outstanding. This would bring DOWN the Total Outstanding Shares to around 44 million. That would be very good news. I'm liking this a lot right now!! :-) Best wishes, Brad
