Tonight's episode: Qualifications to become a Director at Xecom!

Recently Mr. Dal, a director of Xecom, in a reply to Mr. TJS (the $15 million dollar Xecom investor) to answer Mr. TJS's question regarding Xecom's business potential in Hawaii stated:

"Your question was, How will CLEC status benefit Xecom? Your question has to be answered with a couple of questions:
How many hotels are in Hawaii (on Oahu)? How many businesses? How many long distance calls are made? How many of these people, hotels and businesses can Xecom get as customers? You see what I mean."

And now director Dal in a recent post to Mr. TJS states the following:

> "I have not seen the business plan for Hawaii so I can't be quantative at this point..."

Furthermore director Dal in the same post states:
"Basically, it would allow Xecom to compete with the other local carriers, which we feel the Company can do profitably with the right switches in place and the right interconnect agreements in place."

This reporter wonders how can possibly a director at Xecom know nothing about a major company related business plan and yet comment on how the company can perform?!!! When director Dal states: We Feel..., is he refering to feeling as in psycho analysis of his spirit or ....??!!!

Dal, Since you haven't seen the business plans for Hawaii, maybe, at your convenience, you could dig them up and lay them out for us. Thanks, TJS

Dal, You could be a great help to XECM investors by elaborating. You say that XECOM could be profitable with the "right switches" and "right interconnect agreements" in place. Are they? Who are XECOM's major CLEC competitors in Hawaii? TJS

Mr. Grauer and my very best friend at Financial Inetrnet Group:

Please come and see me and I will show you the business plan for Hawaii. It is a great plan. It is a very very very good plan. That plan is one heck of a plan. It will turn Xecom into the next Microsoft. I am surprised at you for claiming that you have not seen that business plan. I have and I am telling you it is one heck of a plan. So please stop by my office sometime and I will show you that plan. Also make sure to bring in Joe as well. That plan is one good plan.... Everyone should see it. It is one heck of a great plan.

GO XECOM!

SF

Dal, Would you be so kind as to list monthly sign-ups (sign-ups per month) for the last year, including March 1998? Would you also give us total sign-ups as of each month for the last year. This way we can see how many soldiers XECOM's signing up and how many solders XECOM is losing. Also, do you have the exact figure for gross revenues for 4th quarter 1997? Bear in mind that XECOM has 15 calendar days after notice of late filing to produce its 10-K or be in violation of SEC regulations. That means we can rightly expect the 10-K on or before April 15th. Thanks in advance for the information. TJS
