I miscalculated many financial details regding this dog and that's how I got suckered into it to begin with. First, I didn't realize it actually going to cost money to foreclose a property in default. Second, I didn't realize that BOST is not entitled to a $100M tax refund. Din't they pay that much in taxes over the years? Third, I just don't understand why same store sales are below $17,500. Did they cook the books last quarter? They are blaming the weather which is complete nonsense. Amir
