In light of the Baron's last post weeks ago on this thread ... You may recall that the Baron appeared here a couple of weeks ago to announce he would be actively buying shares of Oilex during that day --- only to find out that there was a press release announced after the close on that same day. You may also recall that after several of us questioned him about whether this might have been considered insider trading based on non-public information --- he failed to post again on the thread in response to our inquiries.
