As a postion trder I've subscribed to Infrastructure for some time. Recently I cancelled my subscription, because their horizon is not matched to a trading timeframe, and while they have a great deal of information, I don't see much wisdom displayed. KLIC's moves in the short term are baffling. I've run Tradestation studies on them and done welll for a 3 or 4 month period........then of late nothing seems to work.

Bob, Part of the valuation story that you may be missing is relative performance and relative valuation. If you accept the premise that a ton of money continues to be thrown at the market, then it has to go somewhere. Will the money managers continue to throw it at the same old overvalued big caps or will they spread it a little wider. When spreading it a little wider, this sector merits a close look for those with a time horizon greater than 1 year for earnings to come. Stock performance will come much sooner. JMHO, Ian.
