Follow-up comment on CMGI. In addition to owning a substantial portion of Lycos, Microsoft, Intel and Sumitomo Bank have all made substantial investments in the company. If you believe in the adage "follow the smart money"...... Still interested to know of any recommended analysis and charting software anyone would care to recommend other than Vectovest. A rare biotech stock.. actually earns money. Institutional interest. A tad overbought.. If it starts to retreat, wait for a pullback to inititate new position. 8> CAM - CAMCO INTL INC COM .OWD 1-Dy = 96.7 ( 4) VL/30= 82.3 ( 73) 10MA = 96.5 ( 6) ChMF = -11.0 ( 13) Overlooked in oil service sector.. very good. 9> DO - DIAMOND OFFSHR DRLLNG INC COM .OWD 1-Dy = 97.0 ( 5) VL/30= 63.9 ( 66) 10MA = 96.6 ( 7) ChMF = -0.5 ( 21) Oils should continue their advance.. This is a favorite.. Institutional interest in this one. I would hold this for at least 2 quarters to get maximum profit. Up strong yesterday, but it's forward growth is in the 3 digits. GETY - GETTY IMAGES INC COM .DSE 1-Dy = 104.9 ( 92) VL/30= 256.0 ( 95) 10MA = 105.8 ( 93) ChMF = 20.5 ( 85) Strong buy.. BancAmerica Robertson Stephens announced today that it has added a Strong Buy rating to its existing stock recommendation system. GETY was added. Came out of my scans as well..
