READE,

<<I have a conspiracy theory to account for the long delays in Pennsaid approval.>>

I have thought of the same thing .... I would like to hold my fellow man above that type of behaviour ... but when it comes to big $$$, I am cynical.

Considering both of the main components of the medication have been around for years, and they have gone through such extensive testing with next to no side effects, the approval process should not be particularly arduous.

That being said, the average time for a drug approval in Canada is in the area of 17 months, we have not yet gone passed that yet. However, if we go too much passed that, I will not be happy about it. Also - DMX paid a rather hefty fee to have the drug evaluated through Health Canada ... just the same as the majors.

Let's give it some more time - then we can consider some options.
