Dear John - if we are to accept the filing at its face value, BAY simply wants to make certain it has enough ammo for acquisition purposes.

Of course, the critics may want to spin the notion that BAY is engaging in some dilutive behavior with the stock; however, judging from BAY recent track records, its acquisitions have been proven to be productive. So I personally have no problem with that.

Or you ve something else in mind?
