To all...

Thought you all should be made aware of my intentions to "officially" resign my investor relations involvement with the Henley Group tomorrow morning.

As you all are aware, Martin Swarzman stepped down as CEO for health reasons. I know he had some surgeries the past months, but there was nothing to indicate his current health situation had worsened...only he would know that. Apparently a decision was made at the board meeting last week for him to step down, and for Harold Stocks to come in. I am not aware of Harold Stocks' background, but according to Daisy Campos, Co. secretary, there will be a bio put out via a news release about him (I'm sure very soon) .

Basically, I found out about Martin's stepping down AFTER the news was put on the wires...this was a complete surprise to me. Daisy then indicated that the company would directly be handling future news releases and that my future involvement would need to be discussed with Harold Starks. So, I am taking this opportunity to part ways with the company as other opportunities are presenting themselves and it sounds as if HNLY wants to take on the PR responsibility themselves.
I have done my best to properly communicate the company's goings-on's to you, the investment community. I may not have had all the answers and there is always room for improvement...but I hope I served you well in this capacity.

As for Henley's fundamentals and their future...nothing has changed except for the better. It is a good company that should have a fine year. They are building their business and their first quarter numbers due out in the next 45 days should tell the story. They are a real company with real growth and are participating in an industry that is booming. If you bought high, stay the course and stay in touch with the company. I have a feeling they may have learned a thing or two about communicating with the investment community and in particular SI thread participants. If you are considering buying HNLY now...as always do your research with what's available and then make your own decision. I plan to hold my shares for the long term and not sweat the day-to-day price moves...stocks go up, and stocks go down. Granted, this may be a bit more volatile than a larger company, but then that's the arena we're in.

Best wishes to all and thanks to many of you that have called.

Jeff at I-101
