Matthew, I, too, bought in on the the investment advice of Michael Murphy. I've been holding ever since. Seems to me Murphy would be more impressed with the company now if he had the nerve to admit his earlier mistake and take the time to look at it again. Something seems to be brewing at Abaxis--I don't know what but its just a feeling. I heard from the CEO in the past that there is some consideration by the ARMY for the PICCOLO but have not heard anything since. Navy sales are not complete yet - I think they have bought about half of what they said they might want. I think the company really needs the electrolyte panels in order to reach a broader market. I visited a PetSmart clinic in San Diego at Christmas time and the staff there were very enthusiastic over the VETSCAN. They also had this huge monstrosity on the counter next to the VETSCAN which they said they never use anymore. It was a competitor's--although I am not sure of the name. I was sent the information because I am on the mailing list of Coffin and have contacted them in the past re ABAXIS.
