I was expecting some downgrades at this point solely based on valuations, especially since Q1 is finally over...

Candle, how could they get out if they downgraded? More likely they will "make favorable comments" (or at least get a rumor going that they were going to) or perhaps even get some of those six "moderate buys" or one "hold" to upgrade so the fund guys can exit. Then again, maybe even the "pros" believe this "no earnings so they can't disappoint - this is a safe have stock" crap.

Anyway, no chance the last and greatest fools will collect on any shareholder suits if/when the crash finally comes - they covered all the risks and shortcomings of the biz very well in the 10-k. No one can say they weren't warned.

OTOH, is it better to be right or to be rich? I'd capitulate, but selling my options now would be pointless. The good news is they can't go below zero.
