Right now, GPGI's fortunes appear to be in the hands of AuRIC. For those who may be unfamiliar with the role AuRIC played in the IPMCF debacle, IPMCF's 10-K available today on Edgar is required reading.

I haven't had time to read it in detail, but that will be my homework assignment for tonight.
