Kevin, Without audited financials ATXI won't do anything. They could not even think about the proposition from FAMH. So, if ATXI agrees to the deal, the financials must look good. I just think that IRA SHOULD RELEASE AUDITED FINANCIALS TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF FAMH, FIRST!!!! that's my 2-bits for now, later, leroyt
