That is all very fine Dougji, not that I wasn't AWARE of that already...however it doesn't answer my questions in the least. You said Sept. was the soonest LU could do it by pooling...that's not a *very, very* long time. SO...what other reason have you to eliminate LU from the list of possible candidates? Could you tell us the particulars of the Amati purchase by TXN...did they pool...or not pool. <g> And how did they write off the 60 or so million dollar fee to allow Amati an out from the deal they were in already? Or did they just give Amati the 60 mil by boosting the price?
