Anybody that would set up an ESO plan like LVLT's would never, IMHO, ever mess with the market. These folks are rare breed straight shooters and I doubt it would even enter their minds. In fact, I'll bet this company gets almost as much national attention for this options package as for their tech gambit; its a good kick in the current market psychology's pants. And, makes for good copy.

Re: yesterday's close? 71 5/8, but there were loads of real messy quote presentations today, at least with regards to where the price was starting from. My personal favorite remains good ol' WSJ-Interactive with a 74-1/4 single day rise from zero. <G> ÿ [Sure beats their usual "No Quote Available" response to KIWT, though.]

Downtown1 and ALL: SORRY YESTERDAY'S POST ON CLOSE WAS INCORRECT.....took from site that still showed kiwt.......
Actual figs for yesterday = open 79.5, hi 83.75, lo 72, close
74.25 (+ 2.625)...previous close was 71.625. n.b., volume
yesterday = 1,831,800. Since the hi on Tues. was 71.875
there was NO GAP created yesterday.
