I agree that the disk drive sector may be benefitting from the helicopter blade effect, and that SEG has been the best performer of the three - wdc, seg and qntm; input the three into the SI chart function to get an interesting representation of the relative performance. Money flow into SEG has been quite strong and volume is decent. WDC's strength is said to be based on IBM-related takeover rumors, but that doesn't account for the strong performance of all three yesterday. Also the implied volatility of SEG options is very high. All these disparate facts lead me to the conclusion that it would be better to cover my APM short because APM would almost certainly benefit from rotation into the DD stocks.

Rudy, did you watch CYMI yesterday? Huge increase in volume.
