Bill, Went to Free Edgar and did search and it came up empty. Then I went to the www.sec.gov site it is free and has things Free Edgar don't have and still came empty and I am dying to see what should be there... Please, help ASAP... Dusty

NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! The article you referenced pertains to Midland Resources, Inc. Ticker (MLD - NASDAQ), NOT, repeat NOT Midland/Arcon!!! This is the same kind of stuff (i.e. - Arcon Energy, ArconChemicals) that causes pandemonium on the thread and gets things out of control. This is NOT the same company!!! Please be more careful!!
