Doug,

Thanks for sharing your DD. Gosh, now I know why Dan has not had time to return my call yet... grin.

I am thrilled beyond words to see someone else make some effort to do a little DD and share it. That is what this thread is all about.

See, folks... I have been telling you that we were sitting on a Crown Jewel.

Thanks again Doug, well done.

Dusty

Doug,

I appreciate your posting but since we dont want to promote hype here I just want to make one point somewhat clear.

You stated : "The real action by large institutional investors will come after there are audited financials filed with the SEC. Of course even more credibility will come from a NASDAQ listing."

It is going to take a lot more than audited financials to get insitutional investors involved. First of all, by charter most institutions (mutual funds, pensions, etc) are not allowed to touch OTC BB stocks. (and to move to NASDAQ LGOV needs to reach $4.00 1st) Second, for mutual funds.. most dont even screen for stocks under $10.00.. a few do I am sure, but the majority dont.. and certainly not $1.00 or $3.00 stocks or wherever this stock may lead this year.

Not to take away your enthusiasm but its going to take small investors to push this stock up to a level where the "big boys" can ever jump in. And no, I am not disagreeing that some large individual investors or groups are buying in.. it seems like it from the tape. However when I see you say "insitutional investors" I think that leads most lurkers to believe you mean the big names.. mutual funds, 401k plans, pensions, trusts.. so just stating this so as to not mislead people.

Once again, thanks for taking time to call them. I was glad no one today sold at .165 like they tried to coax people to do.

Mark
