That, unfortunately, Feb 2, not April. This particular year was rather tragic. An ill-informed hunter actually shot the groundhog. The rodent quickly fell dead to the ground neither seeing nor seeing not, his shadow. Winter, then, has been declared for an indeterminable length of thyme.
