Rod you do not know what you are talking about. How many PBX vendors can you identify who have announced JTAPI connectivity? Of the two major CT board vendors (DLGC and NMSS) which has announced plans for JTAPI? How many call center solutions have been deployed using JTAPI. I have met with top engineering reps from many of the key PBX players. Every major PBX vendor has announced or is shipping TAPI 2.1 service provider, and they all have plans for TAPI 3. I know, I have to connect to NORTEL, Mitel, Lucent, NEC, Fujitsu, and Siemens switches. None of the ones we have met with have even discussed JTAPI. It is too bad that you did not take me up in my offer to visit CT expo in March. But then you would have had to set your fantasies aside and face reality.
