My understanding is the S8 allows for the issuance of 150 million. I was not aware that it was a fait accompli. And is it not dedicated to acquisitions?

John...do you think that the additional 150mil shares were authorized for the hell of it?? As shareholders you and I are not really thrilled with that news, how would you feel if you were a consultant being paid for your services in shares??? If they thought that the additional shares were diluting the value, would they still be trying to secure contracts and business for ADGI??? There are still a lot of un-issued performance shares they have'nt collected yet. If you were a consultant, would you continue to work for shares with such a low price? I think not.
I have a suspicion that we will find out in a short time why the shares were authorized, and what the company plans to do with them,(if anything) I have scenarios conjured up in my mind, but do not wish to disclose them publicly as I don't want to start rumors or far-out speculations. The pump 'n dump of the "investment clubs" and internet tipsters is over, and the stock is trading at a slightly higher price than it was 6 weeks ago. Some good news has been issued by the company, and I suspect more is on the way. A signed deal with Brazil for the test kits should get some attention and significant revenues should start to be realized from the call-back service when it gets into full swing in about 6 weeks.
No one can tell you what to do with your investment dollars, but if you have the patience I think it will be rewarded by a much higher stock price by the end of the year. If not, sell out at the next spike up and open the door to another adventure in the wonderful world of the OTC/BB. Best of luck to you whatever you decide....
Good Luck....John

John:

There are many foreign companies that will do extrordinary things to own " American Co Stock." It seems to represent some magical connection with success. Ownership is a thing of status, even in some of the more sophisticated companies.

I have a friend in SA who would rather do business in stock than money. The govt. has to approve all transactions officially, but a lot is done without their knowledge.

It CAN BE a medium of exchange that offers great advantage to the user. It seems easier to put conditions on stock than cash.

Just a thought

Al

Something odd going on with ADGI ticker symbol. It's coming up "not found" or "bad ID" on at least two of the quote services I use regularly.

http:/www.quote.com
and
http:/www.thomsonrtq.com

It still comes up on Yahoo, though. Wonder what's up?
