I think its a little funny that the company that bought out the modems said they "may" want to invest in the new company. Give me a break these guys said all the right things to walk away with an 80% discount. Now that they have it why in the world would they want to invest in the new GVIL. I think it was a ploy to make investors think that there was something important with this new formation. I would seriously doubt they buy any shares unless they would get them significantly undermarket. Still can't believe this story it must be a dream right?

By the way the volume in the last 2 days is a little under 50% of the share float. I think the action speaks for itself.

Most of us have taken a beating (me included) and it is time to move on. I guess we can hope some smart lawyer can figure out away to get some of our money back. It will take years and only the lawyers will get anything. But hey, if it causes hellish times for the management team, I would support it. They had more options to raise cash then this deal the stockholders got stuck with. Why didn't management look a merger with boci, zoom, or 3com, issue more stock, look for a white knight.

Thats enough of my rambling. Does anybody have a few good stock tips!!
