Here's a little more fuel for Curly's Fire as of 4/1 Calls Vol Open Int APR 17.5 41 52 APR 20 485 1038 APR 22.5 449 468 # shares 155800 MAY 15 0 296 MAY 17.5 307 397 MAY 20 147 1316 MAY 22.5 68 891 # shares 290000 That adds up to 445800 underwater shorts in the April and May. There is another 119,800 OI in the May 25's. What do you think Bruce? Looks to me like the chances of rescuing these are slimmer this time around. Any sane person short call premium here has to be thinking about buying the stock to cover.
