I know exactly how many billion (with a B) dollars it takes to launch these satellites. I know the space business, and I think these multi-billion programs planned by certain major telecomm companies (unnamed) are already in trouble. I favor cheapsats, but DGIV may be the cheapest non-sat of all! If this network expands across the ocean, there's gonna be some big guys worried. Gee, I hope Mr. Chin has a bodyguard :-)
