Robjaz This exchange is positive as shares are now fixed before as stock dropped more shares were given to pfd. holders. This put pressure on stock and helped fuel decline. These pfd. shareholders only agreed to except this new offer after checking out CNKT potential. CNKT realized previous arrangement was having a disastrous effect on the stock price. The other benefit of this is now more then 50 % of the common is not controlled by management and makes an acquisition of company easier. Previously CNKT could not be bought because management held majority of stock and could turn down offers. New investors probably would accept a buyout if one comes along. Regards John
