Forest, One can drive from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in just about 4 hours. Mark stated that they arrived in Vegas via plane yesterday. The whole flight probably took them about 30 minutes or so. I think that's enough time frame for them to get back to CA by today. Juanita

Hello Mr. Gump, I believe Digitcom has offices all over the U.S., if I am not mistaken. Mr. Chin and Mr. Cumming happen to be in Vegas for meetings at their office there. I'm sure Mr. Byron Glenn knows the answer. I did meet with the two of them, however , that's for sure. By the way, Mr. Chin divulged to me that Digitcom will come out with an earnings statement within the next 2-3 weeks, a few other major anouncements are to follow. He wouldn't go into detail on those, however. People, don't forget, the immediate goal of this company is to be listed on the NASDAQ. Requirements, I believe, four trading sessions above $4 a share, then 30 days above $3, as well as a certain amount of cash and # of shares outstanding (correct me if I'm wrong). WE WILL BE THERE TOMORROW ($4/SHARE) !!! Digitcom is planning a secondary offering real soon, as well as continueing to repurchase shares (up to 1.5 mill).
